Always use the latest version of your browser for the best security and functionality. Ansarada supports these browsers:

⚠️ Good to know: Microsoft ended support for IE9 and IE10 in January 2016. Old versions of IE do not get security updates and should not be used. While IE11 is supported on Windows 10, Microsoft recommends using Edge as the system default browser.

Adobe Reader needs to be set as the default program for opening PDF files because Ansarada Data Rooms use Adobe’s Digital Rights Management (DRM) for security. Learn how to set this up.

If your company is a BlueCoat user the Ansarada site will be automatically blocked by your firewall.

To make your Ansarada experience seamless, you will need to speak to your IT team and ask them to whitelist the following URL: https://dataroom.ansarada.com in any firewalls and/or proxy servers. You can learn more here.

Ansarada has the ability to add an extra layer of security on Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint files using a technology we call Secure Office.

​✅ Tip: We recommend to convert finalized documents that no longer require collaboration to PDF. Any Microsoft Office files where the intention is for the Guest to modify, markup, fill out or comment it is recommended to remove security as the file will expire when the Data Room or the Guest is disabled.
